We engaged Eddie to help us develop consumer and professional markets for the PiC Indolor (now rebranded as 'PiC Solution') brand which we distribute for Artsana SpA. From the start, Eddie brought extensive knowledge, focus and clarity to the project.

 

Eddie presented relevant and persuasive research and recommendations to ourselves and Artsana, securing their commitment to important initiatives to develop the UK market. His approach to market development was publicly acknowledged by Artsana as being 'best practice' and we are delighted to have been involved at a strategic level with them on other projects since then.

With Eddie's help we were able to evaluate a number of different opportunities in consumer and professional channels. We were ultimately successful in introducing a range of products into the independent pharmacy channel in the health and beauty category. He was instrumental in developing a service agreement for our contract sales team and worked closely with them to secure and develop distribution in key national and regional wholesalers, as well as in pharmacies.

Eddie managed all aspects of our brand strategy including trade and consumer pricing and communications. He oversaw a critical project involving our logistics providers that completely changed trade packaging in response to wholesaler requests and allowed us to offer more cost-effective traded units to independent pharmacists.

Eddie approaches projects with great enthusiasm and professionalism and is very focused on getting results. He enjoys working with people, giving them a lead based on facts and persuasive arguments, engaging with them, listening to their opinions and ideas and inviting them to get fully involved in whatever he is working on.
